How the off–site service program works:
1. Delivery of Destruction Program Agreement
One of our employees will sign and deliver a copy of our Destruction Done Right Program Agreement, which explains our document destruction services. A service schedule with your regular service dates will be delivered for your convenience.
2. Delivery of Security Container
We will deliver a security container to your office and set it up where you like. Keys to the container will be delivered unless we are instructed otherwise.
3. Documents Collected
Your employees fill the container with confidential records. There is no need to process the records, the equipment destroys binders, paperclips, fasteners, etc. so you don't have to bother removing them.
4. Documents Securely Transported
On your scheduled service date, one of our secure collection trucks will arrive at your office. The security container will be collected and the contents will be taken to our truck and securely transported for shredding.
5. Documents Destroyed
Your documents are picked up and transported in secure receptacles. Once your documents arrive they are shredded to 5/8-inch or less using cutting edge shredding equipment.
6. Certificate of Destruction
Unless other billing arrangements are set up, an invoice and a Certificate of Destruction will be sent to your address of record the next working day.
7. Repeat Process Next Month
We will repeat this process each month for the length of the promotion at no cost to our customers.
